At Elevated Protective Services, our guards are more than just the badge on their sleeve.  From the moment they submit an application, their integrity and decision making skills are carefully measured. If they pass the initial selection process, our guards must complete intensive training courses in risk assessment, customer service, conflict resolution and more.

In addition to our intensive training requirements our armed guards must complete gun safety, tactical training, and risk assessment courses before they’re ready to work in the field. In addition to outside hiring, we work closely with veterans, off-duty law enforcement, as well as officers to ensure we have the right guards protecting your people and your property.
